About Ron Minegar Real Estate
Our Client-First Philosophy
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional – integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how we work.
That said, in our experience we've found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting our clients first. This means keeping ourselves accessible, being good listeners as well as good communicators, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been our approach and it requires us to continually improve our skills and ways of doing business. In addition, we've found that the latest technologies are enabling us to do everything we've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped us to extend the range of services we provide to our clients.
So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Treasure Valley area, please contact us.
Our Company
Our business, real estate, involves so much more than bricks and mortar. We know that. It is a business of families, hopes, and dreams, and we treat it that way. We back our words with action. Whether buying or selling a home, we can offer a full range of services backed by our company and its associates. We begin by listening to you and learning your expectations, then create a plan to achieve your objectives. We constantly educate ourselves on the local market so we can promptly provide accurate answers to your questions. We follow up on the details for you and we keep you informed all the way.
It goes without saying that real estate knowledge is an important aspect of our business. We think understanding people is even more important. As a result, our company is people-driven. We believe in the importance of meeting individual needs as they relate to the purchase or sale of a home. Listening carefully, we strive to learn and understand the underlying motivation for each individual making a move. Once we know what is expected, we do our best to help achieve the goal. We listen, we learn, and we can show the way. Buying or selling? Take time to learn more. We are thoroughly committed to providing the finest real estate service available. You can depend on us.
We are a member of the local Boise Chamber of Commerce.

I am a CRS. What's a CRS?
The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Since 1977 the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring the CRS Designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements. Currently, there are more than 34,000 active CRS Designees.
Why Use a CRS?
Today, home buying and selling is faster, more complex, and more competitive in every way. Our goal is to make the process a little easier for you. The first step is choosing the right REALTOR®.
Experience — To earn the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation, every REALTOR® must have significant experience and volume of real estate transactions.

A Focus on Home Buying and Selling — To help make the home buying and selling process more rewarding, every CRS Designee must have a proven track record in the business, as well as advanced education in related areas like finance, technology and marketing. Work with the top 4 percent.
Technology Expertise — The training available to CRS Designees includes a strong focus on technology and its applications in the real estate business.
